About The Vin Man

The Vin Man was born in 2004.  Our overall aim is to bring you something different, sourced from independent producers.  Set out below are a few ‘friends’ of ours.   We import in relatively small quantities so would strongly suggest you place your order straight away, to avoid disappointment, as they say!

We have personally and rigorously road tested these wines on your behalf.  Its been an arduous task but someone had to do it.  We are a small and completely independent operation and we have tried to find the best wines we can so please bear in mind that our Wine List is driven by quality rather than price.

Our range includes:

La Reverence was created to provide a range of great quality wines, which tips its hat to the New World, with the focus on clean, un-wooded whites and up front, fruity reds at affordable prices.

Black Lagoon is a range of wines that display a wonderful mixture of sunny Mediterranean climate and New World wine-making techniques. The full range delivers an intensity of flavours, true to the varieties they are made from

Sandpiper is wine for so many occasions, New World meets Old World with definite French finesse. When you have so many great varieties to choose from in the South of France, it is understandable that blends can create great wines.

Masia J wines that are soft, approachable and classy.  These are exceptionally competitively priced wines.

We met with the producer of these wines in 2004.  His ethos was consistent with ours: working with a solid network of dependable producers who can make quality wines, vintage upon vintage. We feel they provide a wonderful variety of easy drinking, versatile wines suitable for any occasion and any dish.  Please see wine list for detailed tasting notes.

For something different, why not try our desert wine, either as an aperitif or with pudding.

And of course, why not celebrate with some fizz.
